We use advanced software to produce  professional inspection reports that you can use to prioritize improvements to the house according to your needs, and contact the appropriate professionals for quotes and estimates. We take many good size digital pictures of every system in the house. We also include explanatory graphics, information, observations, and recommendations about any issues that may require immediate or future attention or further investigation. For your convenience, the inspection report has an interactive table of contents and a summary of deficiencies at the end. 
Our inspection report comes in two different versions.  A PDF that you can send or share with other people involved on the transaction and an HTML version that may have video, 360 degree images, or even a home tour when necessary. From the ​summary, you can create a repair request list to send to the seller or for your agent to create any amendments required to continue the transaction.
