​​My name is Alvaro Nieto, TREC professional inspector with over 8 years of experience and with an extensive background on the construction field. I have a bachelor’s degree in architecture and I’ve been involved in  residential and commercial projects since 1990’s. I consider myself a good communicator and an enthusiastic person. I enjoy outdoor activities as well as playing my bass and social dancing.
I like to help people or investors who are in the process of buying a property by providing a high quality service with a professional attitude and human warmth.

My name is Mario Sandoval, I am from Colombia originally. I founded Sandstone Inspection in 2017 right before Hurricane Harvey happened. My father was a carpenter and a construction worker. He taught me how to work with wood and use my hands to build anything I could imagine. I wanted to build my own “American style” house; it became my passion, so I studied English to be able to come to the United States and make my dreams come true. I have lived in Houston for over  20 years. I haven’t build my dream house yet, but I was able to rebuild my flooded house from Harvey. I did it step by step all with my own hands. Let me inspect your new house, I will use all my experience to help you make the best decision.
